  • Where To Live In Philadelphia

Alright, have at it. Tell me the place in Philly you think it is best to live and why. Biggest factors: ease to public transportation, close to the emerging restaurant scene, classic row home feel, in the CITY. No friggen lofts or whatever. Not out in some suburb where I don't have a 24 hour deli...I obviously don't have the cheddar for Rittenhouse Square but where does a young man start? Just CONSIDERING this option...for purchase, not rent...
    Charismatic megafauna.

Does hipster per capita factor in?

I wonder what President Trump thinks of that phenomena

Making an assumption that you are in the under 500k search. Check out the So. Philly are around East Passyunk. Has turned into about the best restaurant scene in the city. Plenty of re-furbished row houses. Loads of young adults moving into the area.

The Darkness. Become a boy of the night.
500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.

I understand that Olney is a nice place to own property.
