  • Demarco Murray Area Coming To An End?

Some scuttlebutt he may be inactive today or deep on the bench. Sproles to start.

    If true

Then it's the right move. Running to Lurie was a bitch move. Complete roachness.
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is - Winston Churchill

NFL Network reports Sproles will be the starter and with Mathews active he's obviously 3rd at best. Now if Barner plays over him after that horrible fumble last week you know he's toast.

Murray turned out to be addition by subtraction. Him being in Philly cost Dallas at least 2 wins this season.

How big are the Bills linebackers? Chip says that's how he decides which running backs gets the snaps.

This contract is going to kill next year. What the hell can they possibly do if Murray shows zero interest in reworking his deal for a possible trade to a team that may want him.

The cap hit to release him makes such a move impossible.

If they designate the cut as Post-June 1 it splits the $13 million hit over two seasons. Not ideal, but...

Better to have him rework his deal to facilitate a trade, but who the hell would want that bum now other than Dallass?

Eagles took a 6M cap hit to cut DJax. And look at what they're paying Bradford not to mention losing that 2nd round pick. 2nd rounders can be major value. Four year starters at relative chump change.

I don't think Kelly cares much about money. It's culture.
