Hey man, some constructive criticism. Your podcast has a problem with overmodulation. A lot of times the audio is flat out distorted. It's clipping

Distortion can be good for musical purposes but it definitely doesn't work on a talk radio show.

I don't know exactly what the right way to set things up is but some sort of compressor / limiter setup would probably make your podcast sound a lot better.

They got a new board a while ago, and it was set up perfect, but with so many shows on the network, people do shit to the board and get it all out of wack. I'll listen to it, and we'll definitely make changes. Thanks for the input.
