  • Billy Davis has to go

Defense is depleted personnel wise right now but the guy is simply terrible with regards to having any sort of scheme that can keep an offense thinking.

It's just too obvious how you can attack his "scheme" on EVERY play!

He will be first offseason causality for sure. It's a lock & an absolute must. If it's not done Kelly is gone after next year.

Davis may be the annual sacrifice but getting rid of the DC on a chip coached team doesn't solve the problem.

Look at the front 7. They were very good early. No body could run against them.

But how many games can hey hold up when the other team offense is on the field all game? By the end of the season, these guys are beat up and fed up with this 3 plays and a cloud of dust chip scheme.

There is only one move that will make a difference for this team. And Lurie is the only person who can make it.

You think so? Any time I hear Chip talking about him its all fluff. I guess he wont throw him under the bus in the media but has anyone heard anything inside on what the deal is with Davis? He stinks. I cant believe hes still here. Defense has looked gutless many times this year.

I would like to see the new DC be someone who will get onto the players when the effort isn't there. Chip is pretty emotionless on the sideline, so someone who gets pissed would be refreshing. Maybe toughen up some of the softer players.
