    Effort, scheme, mentality, mission

    This team laid down, and no amount of words could explain how this team still has a loyal fan base. The Kelly system and scheme, is simplistic, straight-forward, and easily beaten on both sides of the ball.

    Kelly failed as a general manager, decisions made letting players go, getting little in return. failed personnel moves, Maxwell, Kiko, and Murray. 10-6 with Reid's players, 10-6 with Roseman's drafting. at best this year 8-8.

    What as a fan, is the draw for this team? 36 years and 2 super bowl losses, and now a cluster of a team. Again, I have been a season ticket holder for 25 years and the lack of effort and the mentality of the current team is sickening.

    Lurie's mission is to maximize revenue, winning is not even secondary. How else can you explain it?

        This team never replaced Donovan McNabb or Jim Johnson. If they continue to ignore these positions, they will continue to waste seasons. This team is the furthest away from a championship than any of the four in this city. Do you know how bad you have to be the worst in this city? You build winners through the draft and this moron GM is not qualified.
