The owner needs to hire a GM and force Kelly to make a decision: either he coaches next season while the new front office is built (the structure of this FO has been deteriorating since long before Reid left) or he quits.
This is the move that makes the most sense, unless, of course, Lurie/Roseclown can find a team willing to trade a draft choice for Kelly.
Its just not going to work here for Kelly. I supported him but seeing Desean dance on our field celebrating a division championship is too much.

The New England game was personal for Lurie. If anything, beating the Pats might be the tipping point that leads to firing Kelly. They clearly had enough talent to beat Brady this year. It's terrible coaching that is getting these results.Comment
