I don't see any way he survives this epic failure 3-season slide without making significant change--starting with his personality. He needs to find some humility, if that is at all possible. At best, he needs to ask for help; at worst, he needs to be receptive and accept help.
I realize they are not easy to find, but he needs to find an NFL experienced player personnel guy, a gritty 4-3 oriented DC, and an OC collaborator with the balls to tell him when the emperor's got no clothes. Not that talent like that would want to come to this cluster fuck of an organization.
