    Chip didn't have the talent to run his and he didn't have the buy-in to run his. Mix in injuries and bad luck and you have the perfect storm we find ourselves in.

    He viewed Huff and Hart as "talent"; He apparently didn't know what to do to build in playcalling or depth contingencies when faced with injuries (see: O-line).

    BTW-injuries were really the least of Kelly's problems short of the injury to surprising Hicks. The oline replacements just sucked, especially in his system.
