He lets them be adults, he has their back, and he very rarely (if ever) undermines them to the media. Of course, that made the press conferences kind of boring with all of the "it's on me" talk...but it worked better than saying the problem was always in the execution.

Didn't Chip once remark to the press that he didn't understand why there were so many of them and that other cities have fans that are just as passionate as thefans in Philly?
