Their bullshit CBA and the limits on practice time makes guys like Chip work the PISS out of these guys in the time he has allotted to him. The modern day football player is basically a vagina with arms and legs. The ones who resisted Chip's practice regimen, nutrition regimen, and sleep regimen.....well they got exiled to Buffalo or cut or let go. Many of the ones who remained had their own special way of resisting the program, ie quitting on the Pooh Bear fuck. Then there are the ones who legitimately wore down because they probably were not doing enough work on their own. Don't forget the aged who cannot do more even if they wanted to.
