Today there are 40.

With the playoff now being launched its really made pretty much every other bowl game irrelevant. There are always a couple good ones but the majority are not competitive and seems like you always see one elite prospect get hurt. This year was J smith. hackenburg also got hurt but not sure how badly yet.
