      It is too good to be true if the saints want compensation, we cannot give up draft picks for him. If he shakes free then go ahead but not for draft picks.

              Next year's 2nd rounder, this year's 3rd and 4th, who knows, these guys are insane.

              I'm not saying I want them to do anything with Payton, but we've over-payed for players before, so why not a coach Jeff is in love with?

                  Because the guy who is not in charge but really is in charge doesnt play well with others.

                  I think firing Chip was the right thing to do. It was up to Chip to make the marraige between him and Howie work and he failed miserably. But, it takes two to tango and this guy Roseman has pushed so many coworkers out the door it would be unwise to trade draft picks for the next coaching hire when it seems fairly likely that the relationship between any new HC and Roseman will be rocky.
