Underwhelming to say the least. Although, he couldn't do much this year with how atrocious the SD offensive line was. Keenan Allen got hurt early on. Allen was playing really well before he got hurt. Allen is similar to JMatt in a way that he is a taller slot receiver. I would have rather kept Shurmur.

Edit to add: SD only started two games the entire season with the same OL in place.

They didn't run the ball for shit. They threw for a bunch of yards, but with how much Rivers directs/audibles at the line, there's no way of knowing how much to attribute to Reich's skill.

Like others here, I would have preferred to roll with Shurmur.

Tough to run the ball when you have no offensive line. In addition, their running backs absolutely stink. Tough to tell and judge Reich. Thankfully, Kansas City had one of the most efficient running offenses under FF and Dougie.
