The cost of moving up in the 1st is pretty damned steep.

Ultimately it depends on how the agree to value the two players. The point difference between #13 and #8 amounts to a high 3rd rounder. If they were just trading picks, I'd say that it would cost the Eagles their second 3rd (79th) and their 4th (114th) picks. If they can agree that the two players would amount in total to that third pick - and I'm really unclear on how they determine that - it would mean just the 4th round pick would go.

If Howie can additionally gain a day 3 pick in that mix, it's a win.
