      I can see how looking at other management styles is a waste of time.

      Roseman and Lurie should have locked themselves in a room of football guys like Matt Millen and Chip Kelly to really get a feel for how to GM a football team.

              That aspect of it is fine. It's always good to pick the brains of your peers. Problem is, this isn't going to help him evaluate talented football players, which has always been his weakness. Nothing else will matter if he can't build a team of good football players.
