  • Irony that Villanova...

...would dominate with a stifling zone and Temple cant get out of the first round because they match up like dogshit with an ineffective man.

Kudos to Nova...they are playing as well as any team in the tournament. I think they would be my pick over Kansas right now, assuming the Jayhawks get past Maryland.

You play defense like that and rebound you always have a chance to win. Going into the game I though Miami matched up well against them, but it was a clear class difference.

I hated seeing that coughsufferer Rollie cheering them on. I admit that disgusted me.

Tough times to be a salty Nova hater, they are playing as good if not better than anyone right now. If they can keep shooting the 3 the way they have been, they can definitely take the whole thing.

Good to see Miami get bounced, there aren't too many things I dislike more than happy UM fans.

Can't stand them or their fans. But you must acknowledge how great they are playing.

And WTF were the announcers talking about?

Calling Mass the godfather of Villanova basketball. Are you fucking kidding me? Hello? Ever hear of Jack Kraft you fucking morons?

And as for the dunderheads that say Temple is worse off because Dunphy can't recruit the great players... Hell, Cheney couldn't either. Temple won because their match up zone was an enigma to early round opponents that never saw or had to play against it before. Cheney got some nice players to come to the program, but great players? Very few of his players ever did squat after leaving the program to go to the NBA. The vast majority were products of his system.
