  • The article TDuPont Bag doesn't want you to see

Just in time for the Final Four.

Rollie-era star Barry Bekkedam accused of defrauding the feds with his "Nova Bank" and possibly headed to the slammer. Another in the pantheon of Wildcats in the tradition of Gary "Blow-ski" McLean and Howard "Early signing" Porter.

I think ol TD was a little off-base with his santimonious rant about the other participants in college hoops' biggest weekend.

Wow, Does the Final Four upset you that much?

Hey did he drug and rape any of the female Federal agents? What his current profession has to do with the University escapes me. I mean, he wasn't raping faculty and scores of other women while a trustee of the University was he? Now that would be news.

I knew that his bank was a victim in the Scott Rothstein/ TDBank billion dollar Ponzi scheme in Florida, but this I didn't. I would be glad to again provide a list of other TU athletes who ran a afoul of the law or signed with agents.
I see your Howard Porter and raise you Paul Palmer....
"Sixteen of his records and the six victories Temple recorded in the 1986 season have been expunged, the result of Palmer's having signed with an agent before his eligibility expired - a violation of NCAA rules.

The stench of the scandal, involving agents Norby Walters and Lloyd Bloom, spread nationally, into the federal courts, where it was revealed that Palmer was 50 credits short of graduation when he left Temple, that he had flunked remedial English three times and that he had taken such courses as bowling and racquetball to retain his eligibility and play for the Owls.

quite a rant there. how long it take you to write (and edit?)
Dude I am on record as admirong this Villanova team and its coach.

Simply calling you on your sanctimony of the other three schools and leaving Nova out as if they were pure as the driven snow...ooops no McLean reference intended.

This is just the latest thing. And pretty funny he named this fraudulent institution Nova Bank
