It's tough

Really tough call (though we'd be lucky to have it) if the 76ers ended up with the #1 pick. Ingram clearly fits better with the current team, but if you believe Simmons will turn into a superstar, you have to pick him and figure out what to do with the logjam it causes.

One thing about Simmons, Saric is actually shooting 50/40/90 for Efes this year and has similar (though lesser) skills.
