You don't like watching the draft? Don't like the national media openly questioning the Eagles competency?

Don't you love the drama and reaches?

Sitting on the edge of your seat as Goodell walks to the podium to announce a guy who was a 3rd rounder on every other team's "BIG BOARD"?!!

will this newest Eagles be a bust, chump, OR Jagoff?!

        Or possibly all 3?!!

        I love it!

Pork rinds and boiled peanuts for all!

There was a time where it was fun to get a bunch of guys together for a BBQ and some loud discussion about what each team is doing...but Mr. McMahon put an end to that with the prime time move.

I don't agree with IG on much. However, I really wish the NFL had turned the 3 hour schedule release spectacular last week into a 2 day Super spectacle with in- depth hypothetical hour long breakdowns of week 14 match-ups of 3 win teams and which third stringers would get garbage time minutes

I'll probably watch the first round

                After that, meh
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

Agreed. I liked the fact that it became a weekend event that you didn't actually have to sit down and carefully watch. Ideal situation for a football-focused social gathering after the long drought, complete with lots of beer-drinking.

Now they're really expecting me to replicate that over 3 hours on a Thursday night? Lame.

What's really a kick in the pants is that as a season ticket "member," I get invitations to the "Eagles draft party" at the Linc. Yeah, it's bad enough that this shit is on a Thursday, but there's no way in hell that I'm going to drive 2+ hours through quitting time traffic to watch it.

I used to love having draft parties when it was on a Saturday. Get together, grill, hangout, talk football. Goodell robbed us all of that for prime time ad dollars.

                            igglephans idiot savant!
500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.

Yeah, he destroyed the entire experience. The Thursday night start just killed the whole thing.
