              This makes no sense, watching NFL network they are saying Wentz will be behind Bradford. What if the Rams take Wentz ? unless the Howie has a crystal ball they are just guessing. So Goff would be the pick. If Cleveland was willing to make this deal Howie should have figured they did not want a QB so the QB Rams do not take would have probably fell to 8 and if it did not seem that way then they could have traded with the Charges for less.
