The chances of Lynch starting in 2016 are nil. Sanchize is still the opening day starter for the Super Bowl champs. Which gives them zero chance of repeating.
At this point, I'd take a 3rd and a conditional 2017 pick to be rid of him. Bringing Bumford into the locker room is a bad, bad idea. And handing him the starting job is just handing Cleveland a top five pick. Don't think for a second that Bumford wouldn't love to play a role in making this trade up look really bad... Especially with the draft in Philly next year.
They need to get rid of him. Get whatever you can.Comment
