  • Confidential to McCarthy

WF 7-6 over Summit in County Championship for Boys Lax - 2nd straight year. Summit blew 6-4 lead with under 1 minute to play, including 80-yd goal by WF goalie to tie it with 11 secs left. Won in Double OT.

Ugh. That's one thing I never did - take it out of the goal and score. Got an assist once but it was a pass from midfield. That's embarrassing.

On the bright side, my folks tell me the Summit girls are nationally ranked.

The video of the goal is nuts - can't believe it went in.

Not sure if this link will work: https://www.facebook.com/VarsityVantage/?fref=nf

That's ESPN worthy. Can't really make out what happened put it seems like the ball was redirected after hitting a player.

          That was one crazy goal.

They're looking at the goalie that let it in like....WTF?

I love the WF reaction after getting mobbed. Just walks back, nonchalantly, to his goal like he does that all the time.

            Nice toss.

Vomit. Only thing worse is losing to Delbarton. Congrats. Thankfully, we only concern ourselves with state championships

                Well...

put a big orange cone in goal. It would have stopped the shot.
