Yes. He wanted to be traded to a team he actually had a chance of playing himself into a long term deal. Why would he want to waste time learning another new system, get beat up all season and then get kicked to the curb after the season no matter how he plays? Well, to be fair, I'm not the one displaying issues with reading comprehension. Nobody is debating whether trading "assets" was a signal to Bradford that he was not the long term solution. Of course it was. We disagree on whether or not it was appropriate for him to walk out of a meeting, go home and demand a trade.
