Flight from Paris to Cairo missing

Disturbing thing to me is that it apparently dropped off radar after passing into Egyptian airspace near their coast. But they apparently have not found it yet. This is by no means a remote area.

Egyptian officials now saying the plane has indeed crashed. No word yet on if there are any survivors. Sad.
