After living in Fenwick Island for 5 summers during college era and living in Lewes for next 4 years after college, I have zero interest on ever driving to a holiday weekend.

Traffic awful, lines everywhere and my god the morons.

I actually enjoy Conshy and Philly in summers.

I bet you are already counting down to September and October, the beach is a treat then.

I understand they are vital to our economy

...and all that but I swear some of them get worse and worse every year. This weekend and July 4th are the worst. The good news is the first one is over.

I believe I stopped going to OC in the summer season in the late 90's. You know what it's like.
September is my favorite month there.
