I don't care if I end up having to hitchhike

From Myrtle Beach to Philadelphia. The next parade I'm there. Especially if it's an Eagles parade.

Cleveland is a city that does not offend me by winning. Their no titles since 1964 made our 25 year wait look weak (admittedly, with an extra team on our side).

Still, that's like 150+ seasons w/o a title between the Cavs, Indians and Browns

That's how I feel as well. No fanbase should have to suffer for that many years. Philly obviously hasn't been known as the City of Champions for too many(six actually) of my 56 years of existence but we've had it great compared to Cleveland. I became a pretty big Browns fan when they were losing those agonizing AFCCG's and man oh man did those teams have a flair for ripping your heart out.

Are you saying the flyers don't count or that I should count the Columbus Blue Jackets w/ Cleveland?

                      Nor does your opinion
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

nature of the beast. Enjoy life. Why get bent out of shape because mercenaries won for a different city? that makes no sense.

Philly is one of the greatest, if not the greatest sorts towns in the world. Who cares about bullshit? not me.

Was just emailing with a banker friend in Cleveland. Said he went to the Indians game last night and stopped into two bars beforehand. They were both out of beer.

I'm only old enough to have seen one championship Philly team in my lifetime (born in '84), so needless to say, I remember where I was and what I was doing when Lidge tossed that last strike. Kills me that I missed that parade in 08.
