I think I've mentioned this...
a friend I know from a game is a civil engineer down there. Many of them are working like crazy to get things done, but he says it is such a clusterfuck that he's really worried about the end result. He's saying that the transportation system for the games is going to be a nightmare, and that has pretty much been mentioned a lot in the press here.
