Looks like a bunch of the guys went out to San Diego (old news) to bond and workout before the glorious grunts and groans of training camp begin. A couple things on this pic in the link:

1. Glad Sam's Sour Sally routine is over and that he was there. I think it is a stand up move for him to be out there, helping out Wentz. It's good for Wentz to have Bradford and Daniel around him. It appears that Sam wears long sleeves to the beach as well as to practice. That's kind of weird.
2. Cool that Sproles was there.
3. Jordan Matthews looks jacked. If he could catch the ball, he'd be a pretty good receiver.
