  • Turner caught everything that was thrown his way

Eagles need receivers like that, IMO.

I would have kept him. I'll take performance over "measurables".

Agholor is the stiff clogging up the WR depth chart.

You would have cut Agholor or Huff instead?

I would honestly keep Turner over Agholor. I really don't see it with him. Not particularly fast and drops the ball. Matthews drops the ball, but he catches a lot too and he's a beast after the catch. Agholor does nothing.

I understand why they feel like they can't cut him though.

Cut a first round pick for a 5 in year 2? Not a chance. Strictly business.

Yeah I get it. Just saying all things equal I'd keep Turner.

that's business. Either they believe in Agholor or they don't.

I hope he doesn't come back to haunt them like Henry Josey or Rasheed Bailey did.

preseason phenoms, even if they turn out to be the next Reno Mahe, aren't a big deal. But Agholor looks like a stiff, and we (they) could use a young Danny Amendola

I'm with IE - nothing here is worth losing sleep over or anything like that.

I definitely agree that Agholor sucks but like you said, I can't allow myself to let this team get me worked up about this shit for at least one year. Call it hitting the reset and take a step back buttons as a fan.

However, that being said, a 3-13 or 4-12 season with Carson Wentz at QB is 100000000% more aperitzing to me than a 8-8 season with Sam Bradford.

^^^This. We get to take a look at the talent for next year--when they should be looking to take a WR and an OL in the early goings of the draft.
                              You're my boy, Blue.
