John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

Get a doctors note or something and fill them at the fountains. that is an absolute disgrace.

On the ride back we noted you can buy a 20 pack of bottled water 16oz for $3.99 at a 7-11

This is the kind of stuff that is going to kill the NFL.

We wanted to get water at the concession, but the line was too long. So we went to one of the beer stands and bought it there. They only sold 1-liter bottles...for $7. Crazy. But hey, because the heat was so brutal, I drank the whole thing and never had to take a bathroom break.

No trip to the men's room here either. It was pretty hot but at least not as bad as it could have been.

I get that they need to pay for their employees and for chilling the water, etc. But to me, on a hot day like yesterday it just seems to me that water is a health necessity and they shouldn't be gouging people for it like they are. Beer, soda is different, IMO.

Holy shite! I choked when you posted the beer prices and parking fees....and then I saw the bottled water prices mentioned later in this thread. Talk about gouging....Jesus H Christ.

Check this out: Falcons charging $2 for a bottle of water next season in their new stadium.

Of course in the Falcons new stadium most people won't be baking in the sun.

I get that Falcons probably need to charge less for food as there is less demand for their tickets.

But there is little doubt that Lurie and Aramark are gouging with these water prices.

Originally there were NO water fountains at all at the Linc. Public protest forced them to begrudgingly put in a couple.
