Mexican places here are like Starbucks in seattle, they're everywhere. I don't go downtown for mexican but i hear bluewater and oscars are really good for fish tacos.

Oscars for fish tacos. If you don't have a car there is a Lolita's near petco park it's pretty solid as well. Like TJ said there are many options.
