Up South St. Vrain Canyon yesterday, it's a freaking killer, just a 16 mile grind, 3400 vertical And then descending, the road is all rutted and you feel like you got beat up at 30 mph the whole way. I needed inflammation relief.

You won't get that kind of descent in FLA, maybe off a bridge.

Do you have that app Runtastic? It's not bad but it uses up your battery like nobody's business.
