Really bad injury in N.O. - Giants game

Saints' CB PJ Williams was making a tackle low. His head hit the opponent in a manner that caused his neck to move at a bad angle.

Then, while he was going down his teammate struck his head with a knee... causing his neck to to move in a bad manner again.

A Giants' medic was out there immediately. It looked very serious to me. I did not see any movement of upper extremities when he was carted off.

Announcers gave an update that indicates he was knocked out but later was able to move his toes and fingers. Hope that is true... it looked pretty bad.
