I doubt it will be flexed. The night game is Arizona and Seattle, and I can't see them pushing that game to an earlier time slot.

Philly-Minnesota would get better ratings. Great storyline and two winning teams instead of a matchup of two of the most disappointing teams in the NFL. I would be surprised if it isnt flexed.

Ratings is great, but moving the current night game to a 1:00 (EDT) slot would kill the west coast for prime time. I suppose they could pull a double switch, but the downside is probably too great.

They're supposed to make the decision/announcement no later than 12 days before game day. That puts it at Tuesday (yesterday). I'm not sure if "no later than" means that they won't announce it 13 days away, or that they won't announce it 11 days away.
