With the way Holmes is playing, I'd personally rather keep Jah over Noel.

People keep saying this, but Noel is an RFA after the season. The 76ers can match any offer he receives and there's no reason not too as they'll have upwards of $60 million in cap room (more if there's another cap jump as being talked about).

It's not an ideal situation, but he's also not about to be unrestricted.
