John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.
Okafor is rusty as hell in the post but he had some nice mid-range jumpers. Something he absolutely didn't have coming out of Duke. Embiid is the damn truth- Holy cow is he going to be unreal. Sergio was awesome, finally have a PG who knows what he's doing in the PnR... Stauskas had some flashes as well- if only he could make a jump shot.... Westbrooks 4th quarter shot making ability was too much..

Here's why Embiid is a matchup nightmare: he went up against one of the strongest, toughest, meanest defensive Cs in the NBA in Adams tonight. Adams was doing a great job bodying JoJo when Embiid tried to back him down, forcing him into tough shots. Embiid, all 7'2 of him, took his game outside more, hit 3s and face up midrange jumpers.
He's going to be so good.
Embiid, AD, KAT, Porzingis, Myles Turner. The big man is back in the NBA and it's a breed of big man we've never seen before.

That was his first real game action in two years.
And like was mentioned below, against a very physical center in Adams.

If he does, and with Simmons and Saric, Philly will be the place stud free agents want to come to get a ring.

If so, do that deal. Or, honestly, whichever one brings you the most bang for the buck. If JoJo can truly stay healthy, neither Noel or Okafor will be getting significant minutes anyway.

God forbid something happens to Embiid... it would be nice to have one of them to fall back on.
I think they should keep Okafor at least through this season. If he even marginally improves his rebounding and defense he could be a special player too.
Noel is clearly the guy to trade...shitty attitude and has nowhere near Okafor's ceiling. Okafor can move over to PF permanently and share court space with Embiid.
