In all seriousness, this crew seems to be able to evaluate DL, OL, S, TE and LB fairly well (post-Reid). They can't evaluate WRs or CBs. Pro or college. It's awful.

Well this next draft will have a high level of input from new Personnel Director Joe Douglas who spent his career with Ozzie Newsome in Baltimore. Those Ravens CBs looked pretty good against Pittsburgh's receivers the other day.
