I broke my tibia and fibula when I was a teenager.

Like him, my injury required no surgery. From my experience, it will take 6-8 weeks for the fracture to heal. None of his joints appear to be injured, so that is good.

He is definitely out for the rest of the year but for the future it will be his call if he wants to play.
