OK so where do the Eagles go from here? Who goes/stays?
Try to convince Peters to restructure and move to guard.
They will resign Bennie Logan - 5 Years/$39 Mil
Released
ILB Stephen Tulloch
CB Nolan Carroll
OLB Bryan Braman
ILB Najee Goode
WR Michael Jordan
-Connor Barwin - Cut - (+7.75 mil in 2016)
-Trade Kendricks for a pick. Maybe to FF who drafted him.
Try very hard to sign Alshon. Something like 5 yrs/60 Mil
Draft CB first round
Edit to add: I think they will sign DJax too. They may cut Peters... I think they will hammer down hard in FA or trades for receiver and go hard for OLine and CB in the draft.
Why would you cut two guys that are core players...
for your best unit? Special teams.
And Alshon would be a great choice. One shake from a 10 game suspension. He and Lane can shop at the mall for supplements together.
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.
Draft Fournette, sign Pryor/djax . Wentz needs weapons, receivers who get separation. A rb who can take the pressure off him, then start drafting lineman both sides of the ball.
I honestly don't know what our cap situation is like. Given the fact that Howie spent a on last season, we've got a 100 million dollar man and the eagles are the league leader in dollars spent over the last 4 years, how much room can really be there.
I think Barwin is an easy target because of his cap numbers, but, I bet he ends up in Denver and gets 12.5 sacks next year. He's a 3-4 LB and it's a shame we can't use him.
why all the urgency to move Peters inside if he stays? He still has one of the best first steps in the league, minus the false starts of course, but that is offset a lot of times by him being drawn and getting the flag the other way?

Because V is likely the future at RT and Lane at LT...gotta start developing that. Peters with Brooks on the inside would be awesome. Kelce is set to make 5 million next year. Time to can him.
