Guy told me a story (don't know if it's true, but it should be).

Friend of his supposedly got stopped on a DUI and, after he took a roadside breath test, the cop looked at the readout and said: "Sir, according to this score you should be dead."

Guy allegedly replied: "Well, if I'm dead you can't arrest me."

He could not (truthfully, IMHO) identify the number of whiskey and sodas. I'd imagine at least 2-3 per hour for however long he was drinking. I think we've all been blitzed before and easily topped .25 or .3 (if you've attended college, haha).

Seems to me, depending on the person, over .4. I've never seen a .4, but I think some of the real vet attorneys I see on court could quote you a .45 or close to it. How those people had the cognition to get into the car and move it onto the road is kinda impressive.

However, these people that get behind the wheel are assholes. Uber is so easy and cheap now, there is no excuse. There wasn't before, but the internet has fixed even the weakest rationale
