of drafting WR busts. They will rely on free agency except that they have that salary cap issue... Gonna have to do some releasing and adjusting.

They're definitely going to make a splash at the WR position.

Of course it will. Capologist will find a way. Peters, Kelce, Barwin, Ryan Mathews, Kendricks, Curry, 1or 2 of them all will take a hit ( no pun intended).

Outright cutting Peters and Kelce is absurd.

They need to surround Wentz with young talent. Identify the wideout(s) in the draft and get him.

No DJax. No Jefffrey. No Britt. No Marshall. No Pryor. They will all be overpaid. I also don't want to see any wideout with the potential to poison the locker room and/or Wentz. If they can't help themselves and want to bring in a veteran, dumpster dive and hope for the best.

trading for a guy like Cooks (unlikely, but probably a highish pick and player(s)) and signing Stills. Then the draft can shake out for BPA in Round 1.

with the salary cap going up by $10million to $13 million and the anticipated cuts this year they will have about $34million to play with.

Stills and Cooks are basically the same type of smaller and quicker wide receiver. I'd rather they save the pick they would need to acquire Cooks and use a lower pick to move up (may need to leap frog Cards and Colts). I have to think Cooks may cost most teams a first-rounder (I may be wrong). That's too rich for my blood. They need a big receiver who will go up and get a pass (I'm hearing that's Mike Williams or Corey Davis).

While they probably need one to stretch the field, also, I'd dumpster dive for that one.

Now, if they don't like they see or hear from Williams and Davis, I have no idea where they go from there. Unfortunately, I don't know much about Joe Douglas but it appears he doesn't have the best record when it comes to drafting wideouts. I could be wrong.

One good dumpster dive is good, especially if its at ruth chris or that level.
I hear ya, if they can find gem, both FA and Draft, then rock. no cancer.
I really hope we get M.Williams. I think he is legit.

Stills was the "take the lid off" guy (who will want his first big contract) and Cooks was the shifty guy with another gear once he gets his hands on the ball (why Chip liked him so much).

Saints may want a 1, but they may have to settle. But I also seem to recall Saints were the team that traded Jimmy Graham for a late 1 and the center Unger, correct?

I highly doubt that Howie/Douglas have enough ammo and a partner to move up five spots or more like they did last year when they moved Kiko and Maxwell. Maybe Kendricks and Matthews (the WR; I feel he's in his last year with the team) plus the 14/15 to move up if Williams makes it to Buffalo at 10? Or just hang tight for Davis at #15...
