There have to be more cuts or trades coming.

        Problem is...

I'd like to see them sign a CB in FA. Not a top tier guy. That would give them more flexibility in the draft as well.
... Suppose all those WRs get taken....but agree about the WRs. I just like the flexibity it gives them on Day 1 draft day.

Would love to see the actual details. 1-year/$14M could mean many things.

          Is it straight salary?
Is a portion a signing bonus that is recoverable if he gets suspended again?
Are there per game bonuses that protect them if he gets hurt again?
If there are bonuses of any sort, are they "Not likely to be earned" (assuming that still exists in the current system) so that they won't count against this year's cap?

            I nailed this one - knew they didn't do straight-up $14M contract.

Only $9.5 of cap room in 2017. The rest will hit 2018 if earned.

They stole this guy. There is no way you cant like this deal. The paranoia surrounding the notion of him walking in 18 is unwarranted cause we got the chip in Wentz and right of first refusal if Jeffery tears it up. Low risk, high reward signing. He is here to play with Wentz, plain and simple.
