The plan to solve the officiating problems involves placing all of the decision-making into the hands of a man who has never served as an on-field official or referee in any capacity for the NFL.

This is completely fucked up.

1) He's never been an on-field official.
2) He's a Jerruh pal (party bus), including "cheering" on Dez:

3) Our "beloved" on-field officials apparently don't appreciate Blandino.
4) Goodell claims it will speed up the game, but I'm more concerned with them making the right calls!
