That would be a great fit with Embiid/Simmons/Saric IMO. I like Dennis Smith too, but if Monk is there, to me, that's the pick.

2017 first round draft pick from L.A. Lakers
L.A. Lakers' 1st round pick to Philadelphia (via Phoenix) protected for selections 1-3 in 2017 and unprotected in 2018 [L.A. Lakers-Phoenix, 7/11/2012; Milwaukee-Philadelphia-Phoenix, 2/19/2015]
2017 first round draft pick from Sacramento (swap, Philadelphia outgoing)
Philadelphia has the right to swap its 2017 1st round pick for Sacramento's 2017 1st round pick protected for selections 11-30 (if this pick falls within its protected range, then Philadelphia's swap right and Sacramento's obligation to Philadelphia will be extinguished) [Philadelphia-Sacramento, 7/9/2015]

Lakers pick is unprotected after this year. Kings swap goes away after this year, but their 2019 is coming to Philly no matter what (unless Colangelo sends it away for George or Butler).
Even if the Lakers added Fultz or Ball this year, they're going to be lottery bound, so, I'd take their unprotected pick next year, but I'd rather stick it to them this year when they went full on tank and got ZERO negative press about it while the Sixers had (and have) thinkpieces written about them weekly.

Pass on Lonzo Ball

All would be nice picks that should help the team in the future. Man it would be nice to get two picks this year.
