I saw a clip of Didinger talking about him, and he said that comparisons to Reggie are a little inaccurate...but he did praise Barnett for being a very good pass rusher AND run defender.
One thing he said made me smile: "He's taken on the best offensive tackles and he's beaten them. When teams try and double him, when they try to put tight ends on that side and chip him, he just destroys tight ends over there." -

Problem for me is they have done so poorly over the years at drafting DE, it is not hard to be skeptical.
Having said that given the players on the board at the time they picked it was a good selection.--------
