    No undrafted free agents?

    Is it surprising that the Eagles haven't signed any undrafted players yet? Typically, there is a rush for these players and all teams sign about a dozen right after the draft. The Eagles transactions page shows no signings. I would have expected them signing some o-linemen and other positions they did not address in the draft as developmental players.

    They've signed several.

    The "biggest" name being Corey Clement, seems like he's got a real shot to make the team.

      This time a year ago, the Eagles signed 15 undrafted free agents. Four ended up seeing game action during the 2016 season. They were Byron Marshall, Destiny Vaeao, Dillon Gordon, and C.J. Smith. None have made a big impact yet, but the Eagles have had success with their undrafted player hauls in the past. Here are the players that have reportedly signed this year during the undrafted free agent phase of the draft.

        they cannot officially sign these guys until they clear the cap room related to Mathews. Or at least, that was my understanding.
