FF wouldn't have cut his hand picked go-to WR on the eve of camp if there wasn't something wrong with him.
Pass.

Maybe I'm wrong and the Eagles take a look. But I doubt it.Last edited by The Duck; 06-02-2017, 09:02 PM.

Oh I agree I just threw his name out there,,cutting him this year would be stupid
release him now and you get around4.6 in dead cap when his contract is only 2.5 Mil
release him next year the dead cap is half like 2.2 mil and you save about the same in cap space 2. something...really not what Mac would be looking for anyway,,,the guy gets hurt alot and he's 29...watch the Raduzzz go grab himOFFICIAL BOARD DRUG CZAR

Which means there's going to be a market for him.
Maybe Howie makes a play. He's definitely a better all around #2 than Torrey Smith.

It sounds like there's going to be a good market for Maclin. The question is, does he take a decent three year deal from a team like Buffalo or Baltimore now (which will certainly be the last significant deal of his career), or does he go for the Alshon/Pryor special, thinking he can put up big numbers here, and cash in as a free agent next season.
With his health issues, his recent marriage, and the number of free agent WRs hitting the market in 2018, I think I'd grab a three year deal right now if one were on the table.
If nobody offers that, the Eagles might be in play.
