I see it listed as 830 EDT and the countdown clock says draft in 3 hours 36 minutes, so I think we are good to go.

Cool - I got a reminder email that said 5:30-8:30 ET, so I got concerned. You are correct - when I sign in to Yahoo, it says 8:30 ET.
