He doesnt suck he just doesnt have the strength or frame to compete in the NFL. The Eagles psyched themselves into believing he was a Sproles clone but they ignored how incredibly strong Sproles is for a man of his size. I know people hate on the combine but the fact that Sproles benched 23 reps at 225 while Pump only put up five should have convinced them to beg off the guy.

They remembered sproles a little too much while forgetting the failure that was Gizmo Williams.

Like I said, the dude can play football and there is probably a great career waiting for him with our neighbors to the north. But he clearly doesn't belong in the NFL.

Big fan of mcalister. Good that they are going to stash him for another year so he can gain a little more weight and work on his craft. He clearly has ability to get to the QB.

No chance. Not after trading up to take Bumphrey.

Normally this isn't a really big deal because you're talking about the fourth running back and last spot on the roster for that position. However, given that the three backs we have now in front of them are questionable go to guys heading into regular season finding a rock solid fourth running back who could emerge and contribute is critical. There's no way in hell Bumphrey is that guy today. CC & Marshall are better options.

I've said this before: I'd keep Marshall over both of them. Has a year in this system, dual threat, like his overall game a little better than CC's.
