              That part was the worst. It was a tad silly, the guys voice didn't help at all, but overall not terrible...

                      You are correct.

                      The character Mike is from Philly, but the actor Jonathan Banks is from DC whereas the character Rawls is from "Balmore," the actor John Doman is from Philly.
